Safety of chemical fiber finished products warehouse

chemical fibers include man-made fibers and synthetic fibers. Synthetic fiber is essentially an organic chemical product. In case of open fire, it melts first and then burns. It burns very violently at high temperature. The output signal of the sensor itself is an absolute value. Among them, acrylic fiber has no obvious melting point, but it softens and decomposes first, forming molten droplets on fire, which accelerates the combustion and spread. Therefore, chemical fiber crystal warehouse must have certain safety facilities to ensure storage safety

II. Safety technical requirements

(I) safety technical requirements for packaging and stacking

because chemical fibers have natural and combustible characteristics (the spontaneous combustion point of man-made fibers is 420%, and the oxygen index is 19.7%; the spontaneous combustion point of synthetic fibers is ℃, and the oxygen index is slightly higher than that of chlorine fiber, nylon and polyester, while others such as acetic acid fiber, vinylon, polyester fiber and polypropylene fiber are lower), a spark can lead to a fire, and it is also difficult to put out the fire. Therefore, rough loading and unloading are not required during packaging and stacking, so as to prevent sparks caused by friction, static electricity and other reasons, resulting in disasters. (II) safety technical requirements for open storage yard

in the storage yard of chemical fiber products, measures should be taken to prevent the chemical fiber from burning when encountering foreign sparks, and at the same time, lightning stroke and fire should be prevented. Although the water absorption performance of chemical fiber is lower than that of natural fiber, it will also change color and grow mold due to the influence of fungi after being affected by moisture. Therefore, measures must be taken to prevent rain and mildew

III. safety technology of key parts

(I) technical requirements for warehouse safety

(1) chemical fibers, whether raw materials or woven products, are combustible substances. Warehouse construction and equipment allocation shall meet the requirements of the current code for fire protection design of buildings, code for fire protection design of petrochemical enterprises, regulations on the safety management of hazardous chemicals and other relevant specifications

(2) the lighting fixtures in the warehouse should be covered with protective covers, and the wires should be arranged in dark. The power line shall be set outdoors. If the crown block and mechanical lifting equipment are used, the power supply can be introduced by the rubber sleeve cable, but the wire and cable system in the warehouse can automatically realize the calibration of the indication accuracy; There should be no joints, sockets and switches should be set outdoors, and there should be rain proof and moisture-proof facilities. The lamps shall be arranged above the passage. When they must be arranged above the stack, the vertical and horizontal distance from the goods stack shall be greater than LM. Regularly check the integrity and insulation performance of electrical equipment, and replace it in time when abnormal and aging phenomena are found in the flying mouth

(3) the electrical switches of various mechanical equipment should be equipped with metal protective covers, and the lifting hook of the sling should be made of metal materials that do not produce sparks when struck

(4) there should be measures to prevent the entry of rain, snow, birds, insects, ants, rats, snakes, etc. at the orifices of high-rise windows, ventilation holes, draught hoods, etc. generally, in addition to adding metal bars, metal screens should also be added

(5) the warehouse should be equipped with reliable lightning protection and grounding facilities, and the grounding electrode should be more than 3m away from the wall according to the requirements of the three-year task of reducing production capacity and completing it in two years

(6) fire extinguishers and portable or wheeled fire extinguishers such as dry powder, foam, carbon dioxide, etc. shall be placed on the walls and columns in the warehouse, which are convenient for taking and placing, and the quantity shall meet the specification requirements

(7) important and large chemical fiber warehouses should be equipped with fire detectors and automatic alarms according to the specification requirements

(8) the crib of the warehouse requires a grating, and the platform should be firm and stable. The distance between the crib and the wall should not be less than 0.5m, and the width of the main channel should not be less than 2m

(9) herbaceous plants should not be planted in the safety isolation zone in the reservoir area, and flammable and combustible objects should not be stacked

(10) rest rooms and offices should not be set in the warehouse. If they must be set up, they should be isolated by firewalls, and separate doors and windows should be set up
