Safety measures to prevent underground water inrush

in order to conscientiously implement the safety policy of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive treatment" and the guiding ideology of safety production work, strictly implement the requirements of the regulations on water prevention and control in coal mines, and ensure that water inrush and flood accidents occur under our mines, we hereby formulate safety measures to prevent underground water inrush and water inrush:

first, clarify responsibilities Establish a mine flood prevention and control organization

after research, the mine decided to establish a mine flood prevention and control leading group, with the head of the mine as the group leader, the chief engineer as the Deputy group leader, and XX as the member of the leading group. The office is located in the general office

the team leader and the mine manager are the first in the flood control work, responsible for the overall work of flood control and the allocation of people, money and materials; The deputy team leader (i.e. the chief engineer) is responsible for organizing personnel to investigate and treat the underground hidden dangers, arranging the geological survey department to regularly observe the underground water inflow and make records. The team members must obey the command and arrangement of the mine director and chief engineer, actively cooperate with the team leader and deputy team leader, comprehensively and carefully inspect and investigate the hidden dangers of goafs and old kilns, and organize personnel to carry out the prevention and control of underground water according to the arrangement of the mine director and chief engineer

the leading group should hold regular meetings to solve the problems in the water prevention and control work, check the progress of various water prevention and control work, and guarantee human, material and financial resources

II. Hydrogeological analysis

1. Where the mining face is threatened by water hazards, water hazard factor analysis and water hazard prediction should be carried out, and the following basic requirements of abs/pet alloy should be met:

1). At the beginning of each year, according to the annual mining succession plan, combined with hydrogeological data, a comprehensive analysis of water hazard factors and a water hazard analysis and prediction report should be put forward

2). In the process of mining, the prediction report should be checked, supplemented and modified month by month. In case of any danger, a water hazard notice should be issued, which should be reported to the production mine manager and the chief engineer, and the dispatching room should notify those who may be threatened by water hazards to evacuate to a safe place

3). The annual report and monthly report should be made for the prediction of water regime and water disasters. When the water regime is serious, it must be predicted in time

4). For mines that may cause water inrush, it is necessary to establish a dynamic temporary measurement system and regularly observe the water filling condition of each division of the mine, the water quantity, water quality, water level, water temperature of the aquifer or surface water body and the hydraulic connection of the mine. In places where water inrush is likely to occur, a temporary measurement and communication system should be set up to detect signs of water inrush and determine treatment countermeasures in time

5). For the effective collection of data about mines that may be threatened by water inrush, safety exits, disaster avoidance routes and road signs should be set up in accordance with the provisions of the coal mine safety regulations, so that in case of water inrush danger, personnel can evacuate safely and avoid accidental casualties

III. water disaster prevention and control measures

1. Water in the old kiln area:

1) find out the stagnant old ponds, old caves and abandoned roadways, mark the specific location of the stagnant area and its lowest point and the elevation of the outer edge of the stagnant water on the mining engineering plan and the prevention and control water system diagram, extrapolate 60m, and circle the warning line of the stagnant old goaf with red color

2) use the plan and profile to accurately reflect the relationship between the ponding area and mining work, so as to indicate the structure and shape of the ponding area, analyze its main water filling factors, and predict the possible ponding amount

3) after the excavation face enters the warning line of the ponding area, advance water exploration and drainage must be carried out, and the excavation must be stopped at 20m away from the actual boundary of the ponding, and drilling and drainage shall be carried out. After confirming that the ponding has been basically drained, the excavation can be allowed to continue

4) the water exploration and drainage holes must be equipped with orifice water control devices. When exploring the old empty water in the enlarged range and the old cave water above the working face, the maximum drainage volume of each drainage hole must be estimated to ensure reasonable drainage and normal mine drainage, and avoid artificially forming mine water inflow

5). For the ponding in the goaf of the shallow five small kilns and the ponding in the goaf with water supply and strong hydraulic connection with the surface small kilns and gullies, reasonable waterproof coal pillars must be reserved during the mining layout, and it is not allowed to dig chambers in the coal pillars and prohibit the mining of small coal mines

2. Gob water:

1). During the rainy season, the closed water outflow of the mined out area should be inspected regularly, and the drainage channel should be dredged to avoid blocking the drainage channel and forming a large amount of ponding in the gob and water inrush

2). Before the rainy season, the surface collapse fissures corresponding to the goaf shall be sealed and the sealing of the small coal mine wellhead in the Honggou shall be investigated, sealed and tamped to prevent atmospheric rainfall from entering the shaft directly through the ground fissures and the small coal mine wellhead and collapse pits and holes to form mine water inrush and cause water accumulation in the goaf

3). For the holes with poor sealing found, account should be established. When they meet the mining face, the rainy season may become a channel for atmospheric rainfall to enter the goaf, causing water inrush in the goaf

3. Surface water:

1). Before the rainy season, investigate the drainage and flood discharge of each wellhead of the mine, and dredge each drainage and flood drainage ditch

2). Stack enough yellow mud bags at each wellhead to prevent poor drainage and flood discharge during flash floods, which will lead to floods pouring into the shaft

3). The ventilation holes, drainage holes, cable holes, etc. in use must be covered and sealed in the rainy season to prevent surface water from entering the underground through the holes to form water inrush

4. Mine water inflow:

1). Clean the water silo before the rainy season, keep one silo low water level for drainage in the rainy season, and the other silo is empty for standby

2). Overhaul the main drainage pump, power supply equipment and drainage pipeline before the rainy season to ensure that the drainage in the rainy season is normal from then to today

3). Overhaul the waterproof gate before the rainy season. When the water inflow of the mine is greater than the drainage, close the waterproof gate of the central pump room and substation, and stack yellow mud bags outside the waterproof gate to block water
